Here We Go!


So we came up with an idea to begin with:

SCRIPT LINE NETWORK

Helping Actors Connect

The first idea was a news channel that would be aimed at amateur actors who need all the help they can get to find a route into the industry. 

We had set it out like this: 

Opening

• Lime green colour with tragedy and comedy masks illuminated on background
• Presenter behind a desk introducing the show.

OB Live 

• UCA Farnham acting and performance course
• Starting this year 2015
• We would talk to head of course and look into what the course is offering as to people who would like to be actors.

Package 

• Talking to Casting agents
• We were looking into local agents in Kent
• Also looked into talking to actors who are in these kind of situations where they are looking for a way in. I have a cousin for example who could have been talked to.

We have received some feedback and the main thing for us was that there is a lack of newsworthy current things going on in the acting world. Its just the usual thing that actors are finding it increasingly difficult for actors to get a break in the acting world. 

We will have to go again and do research into the area to find stories that are worth while talking about and most importantly are able to link with our contacts UCA Farnham acting course and casting agents.
